The prompts
Six oil paintings, one family, plus the brief that set the mood. Copy them, change a flower, make your own atelier.
The brief
MIRABILIS, a fictional aromatics atelier. One of three showcase sites built to demonstrate what an AI can do with web design and craft. The remit: fundamentally different from its siblings, warm, painterly and image-rich, built around AI oil paintings brought to life with a liquid WebGL shader. Palette: deep espresso dark, oxblood, burnt amber and gold, with an unexpected deep-teal shadow, deliberately avoiding the cream + serif + terracotta warm cliche. Type: Bodoni Moda (a high-contrast Didone) against Instrument Sans. Every image is a single cohesive family: Dutch still-life oil paintings, warm candlelit chiaroscuro, dark grounds.
The paintings
All six were made with Recraft V4.1. The trick to a cohesive set is to fix the lighting and the ground: the same warm candlelit chiaroscuro, the same dark background, every time. Only the subject changes.

What was not prompted
The paintings do not move on their own. Each one is a texture on a fullscreen WebGL quad whose UVs are warped by flowing noise plus a pointer-driven ripple, with a touch of chromatic aberration and a warm grade. That shader is hand written, a couple of kilobytes, and it is the only reason the oil paint appears to turn to liquid under the cursor. See /guide.
